ข้อที่ 38	ชุดวิชากฎหมาย - กฎหมาย ภาค ก. การจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติราชการของส่วนราชการ ในวาระเริ่มแรกจัดทำเป็นแผนระยะ 3 ปี คือช่วงใด
	ก. พ.ศ. 2562 – 2563
	ข. พ.ศ. 2563 – 2565
	ค. พ.ศ. 2564 – 2566
	ง. พ.ศ. 2565 – 2567

ข้อที่ 39	ชุดวิชากฎหมาย - กฎหมาย ภาค ก. การพิจารณาอุทธรณ์คำสั่งทางปกครอง ข้อใดถูกต้อง
	ก. ทบทวนคำสั่งทางปกครองได้เฉพาะปัญหาข้อเท็จจริงและข้อกฎหมาย
	ข. ทบทวนคำสั่งทางปกครองได้ไม่ว่าจะเป็นปัญหาข้อเท็จจริง ข้อกฎหมาย หรือความเหมาะสมของการกระทำคำสั่งทางปกครอง
	ค. การเปลี่ยนแปลงคำสั่งนั้นต้องเป็นไปเพื่อลดภาระของผู้รับคำสั่งทางปกครองเท่านั้น
