ข้อที่ 39	ชุดวิชากฎหมาย - กฎหมาย ภาค ก. การแจ้งคำสั่งทางปกครอง โดยประกาศลงในหนังสือพิมพ์ท้องถิ่น ให้ถือว่าได้รับแจ้งเมื่อพ้นระยะเวลากี่วัน
	ก. ล่วงพ้น 7 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้แจ้ง
	ข. ล่วงพ้น 10 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้แจ้ง
	ค. ล่วงพ้น 15 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้แจ้ง
	ง. ล่วงพ้น 30 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้แจ้ง
